First time fall in love dengan buku ini ialah selepas bersolat Isyak di Masjid Saujana Utama. Ada hambaAllah yang mensedekahkannya untuk dibaca oleh para jemaah. Buku yang sangat2 berinfomasi, banyak yg boleh dipelajari, yg samar2 jadi jelas, yang was2 jadi yakin. Elok untuk dibaca oleh seisi keluarga. Antara topik yang menarik perhatian aku ialah "sukan yang dibolehkan dan tidak dibolehkan dalam Islam."

For Dieters!

I love this book so much! It helps me to motivate my body to conquer that diet and succeed with results. After reading this book for 5 days (pause at page 70), I managed to control my bad eating habit, make some wise decisions about my lifestyle and stay on track.

Afterall, dieting isn't just about what goes into your mouth!
